Pulled Pork BBQ

My crockpot is a wonderful thing. It turns hunks of meat and veggies and things into pure deliciousness. *see below*

This time around, I threw a pork shoulder in there on top of sliced onions. And it got better from there...garlic, raspberry vinegar, spicy bbq sauce (cheating, I know, but I do like the flavor...and how easy it is....), brown sugar, salt, pepper, cajun seasoning, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, sriracha (for heat), and Coke (it's a Southern thing).
I was going for sweet and spicy and I think it turned out great!

The sauce didn't thicken up QUITE as much as I would have liked. I could have taken the meat out and shredded it while letting the sauce reduce more, but hey, next time.
The sandwich was delicious by the way...mustard and relish and wonderful. I would have loved to add some vinegar slaw...Again, next time.

Off to a good start methinks! Happy bbq-ing y'all!
